Ben and Amy's forever....

What an incredible day.  I am so blessed to to be sitting here writing this, and have memories from this day.  I have known Amy for a long time,  she has been like family to us.  So many insane stories and jokes that go so far back.  When I met Ben for the first time when I did their engagement photos I knew that he had to be special.  He is everything I hoped he would be for Amy, and SO much more.  They bring out the best in each other, and that is why their wedding day was so special.  It was just a day to celebrate their love and commitment to each other, and it was incredible to be apart of.  I loved getting to watch them both laugh, and enjoy their family and friends.  Ben and Amy, everything was perfect, the planning and preparations made way for a fairy tale.  I am so happy for you both,  Thank you so much for trusting us to capture this day for you!! WE LOVE YOU!!

BIG NEWS!!!!

So these past few weeks have been crazy to say the least.  Everything for Steve and I has been changing.  We have been praying for these changes, but we had no idea how quickly they would come.  First of all, my husband, partner, my better half is now full time with Sarah Marie Photos.  What a blessing.  We have been hoping and dreaming for this for so long, and with a HUGE new opportunity we are so thankful to be in this together! So, with that said, we have a new venture for our business!! We are now offering PHOTO BOOTHS!!!!! We have been overwhelmed by the number of brides who have asked us to do this, and up until now there has been no way for us to do it.  

We are SO SO SO excited to start offering Photo Booths to our brides and grooms.  They are such a fun way to remember your wedding day and allow your guest to really be apart of it! We will be doing them a little different than others, we had to put a little Sarah Marie Photos twist to it! You will be able to choose your backdrop for the booth, and we will have TONS of fun props and goodies to use! The booth will be open for two hours during your reception and you have an unlimited number of photos.  The bride and groom will also receive a CD of all the images that are taken that night!  But wait, there is MORE good news.  We wanted to kick off this new venture by giving some away for FREE!! YES, that is a $1,000 value and we are giving away THREE free photo booths for weddings!! The first three brides that book us in the month of April will have a free photo booth for their wedding reception, how cool is that?!?!?! AND we could never leave out our current brides with weddings coming up, so,  if you refer someone to us and they book us and get the free photo booth, you get one as well!!  We seriously love our clients and know that they are the best around so this is to treat you and kick off wedding season :)

Jason and Rebekah's forever...

What a beautiful day! These two are so adorable and their wedding day was incredible.  They are now off on their first adventure as a married couple, they moved to Washington less than a week after the wedding! This day was full of laughter and happy tears.  I am so happy for you two and so thankful that I got to share in some really special moments! Hope you love the preview :)

Rebekah's Bridal

So along with these amazing photos of Rebekah, I wanted to share something that we will be doing on the blog next week.  Steve and I have been so blessed by this business AND our clients.  We have made so many memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives.  We want to share some of those with you and also help everyone get to know us a little better.  We want this blog to be about our lives and our business.  We will have a new post everyday next week that will hopefully allow all of you to get to know us a little better.  So today I wanted to share something that has been very very special to me.

I knew when I started shooting weddings that I was going to get to be apart of a VERY VERY intimate day for my clients.  This is a huge moment for all of them, and I see them sometimes more than anyone else.  I get to spend time with their family and friends and get to know them in a very unique way.  I had a very special experience with this beautiful girl and her family and I will never forget it.  I got to spend a good amount of time with Bekah.  Their engagement shoot was so much fun, and her bridal portraits we incredible.  She has a very special relationship with her family, especially her sisters.  The day of her wedding I felt like I was one of them.  I know it sounds crazy, but I spent almost 12 hours with three of the most beautiful, loving women.  I was there when the cried together, laughed, and gave each other the last look before she walked down the aisle.  At the end of the night I hugged all them and told them how blessed I felt to be apart of that day.  I left feeling so incredibly happy for all them, they gained a new member to the family, and have memories to last a lifetime.  They let me into their lives that day, to share and help capture it so they can remember it always.  I don't know another job that is so intimate and personal.  I cried and laughed with all of them that day, I really am so blessed.  Thank you so much Thomas family for allowing Steve and I to be there and have these memories to cherish for ourselves as well!! :)

Madelyn 6 months

I can't believe that she is already 6 months old! I am so blessed that I get to see this cutie every three months.  She gets cuter every time I see her and each time she smiles more and more.  It was a perfect day for pictures, and Madelyn loved being outside!! Hope you guys love the preview! There are lots more smiles to come :)
