So as I sit writing this I think that Ida might be blowing my house away. Well maybe not, but I do have water in my kitchen. I did not even think that we would get that much rain in Birmingham, but it has been raining ALL day and the wind has been blowing really hard. Oh well, a nice day inside to catch up on everything. This past weekend was filled with birthday celebrations, I put off everything and just enjoyed time with my family. Friday was my cousin Walker's 16th birthday. I remember wishing so much that he would be born on my birthday, but he decided to come a little early. I cannot even begin to tell you how crazy it is to me that he is 16! Where did our little Walkie D go?!? He and his little sister have always meant the world to our family, and to celebrate this day with him was very special. He had a suprise fiesta party, with all that a fiesta should have. We had a great time and I think he was really suprised, although the real excitement was the next morning for his driving test...and he has his license!!! woohoo!! Here are some pics from the amazing night!! Love you Walker!
Suprise!!!
Trey and Walker
Some of the group, Miles was pretty confused I think

The candy was awesome!
We called this the original 5.
So after the fiesta fun, it was time to go back to Bham for my birthday celebration. A while back I mentioned to Steve how much fun it would be to go to the Alabama/LSU game since it was the night before my birthday. This was way before anyone knew how the season would go, and would a great game this would turn out to be. Well last week my amazing in-laws suprised me with AMAZING tickets to the game and I was so suprised and more than happy. Steve was such a good sport (being an avid Auburn fan and what not) he was in total Roll Tide spirit and cheered them on along side me. We had such a good time and it was such a fun birthday present. So for Sunday, my birthday, we spent the day being lazy, eating cake and ice cream and watching moveis, it was perfect!!!
